The architecture of the accommodations was unique and interesting, with braided banana leaf ceilings and open windows that allowed for a symbiosis with nature. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the half-board option included delicious meals made with locally sourced ingredients. The location offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area, including the nearby beach.
The lack of options for lunch, as the remote location meant there were limited choices beyond what the hotel offered. there were safety concerns with swimming in both the nearby river and the ocean due to dangerous currents.

Amazing staff who were friendly and accommodating. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, providing a stunning backdrop for relaxation. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, offering a great start to the day.
The wifi in the room was poor, making it difficult to stay connected. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the water itself was often cold.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. I loved being able to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves crashing against the cliffs. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was outstanding. The menu offered a variety of delicious options, and the seafood was especially tasty.
One downside of the hotel was the lack of fans in the restaurant and lobby area. It got quite hot and stuffy, and having some fans would have made it much more comfortable.

I recently stayed at Senda Cabana in a beautiful and unique cabaña above the ocean. The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make our stay memorable. The location is stunning, with the lake and ocean surrounding the hotel. The food was delicious and they were very accommodating to my vegan diet. The staff, from the cleaning ladies to the receptionist, were all kind and attentive. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the sea and waking up to the sunrise from our bed. it was an amazing experience.

We recently stayed at a stunning place nestled between the river and the sea. Senda Cabana Barlovento was absolutely amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The resort offers a variety of accommodations, and we opted for the rustic Cabanas. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was truly magical. The resort's setting is breathtaking, with ocean views on one side and a spectacular river on the other. We spent our days swimming in the ocean and pool, and enjoyed watching local fishermen and spotting wildlife like Caymans and birds. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, from the cleaning ladies to the receptionist. Nidia and Lina took great care of us and the food was out of this world. Every dish was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. The chef's skills truly impressed us. The view from the resort is like no other, and the comfortable bed with the sound of the sea made our stay even more memorable. The wifi was also reliable, adding to our overall satisfaction with our time at Senda Cabana Barlovento.
Hard to think of anything. 🤔
